Wheat contributes a pleasant citric acidity and delicacy on the palate, and its surfet of protein creates a massive head. Howling Wolf was crafted with 40% wheat malt and minimally spiced with Liberty Hops. Like all Bavarian wheat beers, yeast is the star of this show.”
