From the Brewer: Cody Christman is the 2009 Beerdrinker of the Year.  His homebrew headquarters in his basement is modeled after the Kloster Mülln monastery in Salzburg, Austria.   The beer sampled in this episode is an open fermented Belgian Dubbel with a dark fruit nose and flavor (raisins, plums, etc).  Be sure to check Cody’s blog about his adventures as the Beerdrinker of the Year.

This combination gives Turbodog its rich body and color and a sweet chocolate toffee-like flavor.
